Terms of Pre-Qualification Process is suspended

Appropriate notice has been sent to all applicants

As a result of the identification of incompliances in the qualification documents provided by potential private partners, contracting entity, in accordance with paragraph 2 of article 86 of the Rules of the MNE No. 725 “On planning and implementation of public-private partnership projects”, sent notifications to bidders about eliminating the incompliances.

From the day of notification and until all participants submit relevant documents within a specified period, the terms of pre-qualification process are suspended in accordance with paragraph 3 of article 86 of the Rules of the MNE No. 725 “On the planning and implementation of public-private partnership projects”.
