Closure of acceptance of documents for participation in the 1st stage of the competition

On November 29, 2018, at 12:00 pm, the submission of documents from potential private partners for participation in the 1st stage of the bidding was completed. Summarizing documents submission period, 9 consortiums submitted documents and technical proposals.

29.11.2018 year at 12:00 pm submission of documents by potential private partners to participate in the 1st stage of bidding was finalized. 

Summarizing documents submission period, 9 consortiums, consisting of companies from Japan, France, Russia, Turkey, Spain, China and Kazakhstan, have submitted qualification documents and technical proposals. 

According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Public-Private Partnership”, the documents of the submitted companies will be checked for compliance with the qualification requirements within 5 working days from the date of opening. Further, the Organizer will issue a short list of companies invited to participate in the 2nd stage of the competition.
